Iron also plays a role in normal immune function. Besides being a gentle form of iron – ferrous bis-glycinate – our iron also includes vitamin C. This aids the absorption of iron without causing any side effects.

Warning - Iron absorption can be inhibited by caffeine, soya, and calcium.
